Bio
I came from a marketing and graphic design background and transitioned from computer illustrations to websites. I have been creating websites and studying web design and animation for 5 years. I will have an associates in web design and animation after this semester to add to my bachelors in marketing and graphic design. I am also working on a certificate in web development and search engine optimization. This industry is always changing and the designers must change and adapt to stay ahead through constant study.
I also enjoy making custom portrait drawings in my spare time. I started drawing at the age of three and have been sharpening my skills ever since through constant practice. I have taken several life drawing classes and have been drawing portraits professionally since 2002. I work exclusively with graphite art pencils. I enjoy the effect of black and white and the mystery it creates. I like to draw people and have been all my life. I enjoy the challenge of capturing the true spirit of a person on paper.
